Favourite cruising ground
Saint-Barths: The island is safe and clean with beautiful beaches, gorgeous people, incredible dining and some hidden gems that thankfully not many people know about yet.
Favourite anchorage
Gouverneur Beach is found to the south of the island and when the conditions are right, this is a world class place to be. We anchor out in the bay facing a horseshoe-shaped white sand beach. It’s hard to reach via land, which makes it all the more exclusive for visiting yachts.
Recommend a restaurant
Nikki Beach is a must for spectating, drinking and dining. The service and entertainment from the staf is of a high calibre. Order the Sushi Boat it pretty much wows every time.
Any fun facts?
Saint-Barths is home to the worlds’ elite; sub-tertian caves; secret tidal pools, world class waves and superb dive sites.
Best time to visit
Between October and November, just before high season kicks in.
Top tips
Hire a “Moke” and drive around the island. Make sure you stop in some of the top hotels including Cheval Blanc for a taste of French chic; visit one of the many white sand beaches and viewing points. Of course,
the night life is something else too.
